Welcome to United Gaming. By accessing or using our services, platforms, or game servers, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Server Rules.
1. General Terms
- United Gaming may update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or discontinue any service or feature at our discretion.
- Players are responsible for their own accounts and use of our services.
- United Gaming is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any official developer or publisher of Grand Theft Auto V or FiveM.
- Use of our services is at your own risk. United Gaming is not liable for losses or damages resulting from access to or use of our services.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Users may not engage in unlawful or unauthorized activity on our platforms or services.
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive behaviour toward other users is strictly prohibited.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics is not permitted. All exploits must be reported immediately to staff.
- Users may not claim ownership of GTA V or FiveM assets or intellectual property.
- You must be at least 18 years old to access and participate in United Gaming services.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
- All purchases made through our store or donation platforms are final and non-refundable.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent removal from the community and all associated services.
4. Unfit for Community & Account Removal
United Gaming reserves the right to permanently remove any player who is deemed “Unfit for Community.” This determination may be made in cases of repeated severe rule violations, continued disruptive behaviour, or actions that demonstrate an inability or unwillingness to follow community standards.
Players who are deemed Unfit for Community will:
- Be permanently removed from the server and all related services
- Lose access to all in-game items, progression, assets, and characters
- Forfeit all donation perks, purchased packages, and digital items
No refunds will be issued for players permanently removed under this policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
- United Gaming provides services “as-is” with no guarantee of uptime, performance, or availability.
- We do not warrant that services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times.
- We are not responsible for any loss of data, in-game progress, assets, or connection interruptions.
6. Limitation of Liability
- United Gaming is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
- Where applicable by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to United Gaming for services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless United Gaming, its staff, and associated entities from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to UK jurisdiction.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Server Rules, represent the full agreement between you and United Gaming regarding your use of our services.
