Recurring subscriptions must be cancelled directly through Tebex. This automated system ensures the subscription stops renewing in a timely manner.

Requesting cancellation via a ticket may result in delays, as staff cannot manually process subscription cancellations on demand. Using the automated Tebex link is the fastest and most reliable method.
Important Notes
- Tebex sends renewal reminders in advance, including multiple notices before billing occurs.
- Failure to cancel before renewal does not constitute grounds for refund unless extreme, documented circumstances apply.
- Chargebacks will result in removal from United Gaming and all associated services as stated in our rules.
Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent disputes by payment processors and generate fees against the server, negatively impacting the community and operations.
